How to Create a Fun Outdoor Yard Game

Don't you just love Yahtzee? Well now you can play it outdoors. Just follow these simple instructions and you will be playing Yahtzee in no time.

So easy and so fun to make. You may even have all of the items already.

Cut 4x4 post into 3 1/2" lengths, creating a cube. Sand edges.

Add round stickers to create numbers from 1-6. Paint the entire cube.

Paint the dots. Let the paint dry. Download and print Yahtzee score board. Enjoy your summer with friends and family, playing this fun yard game.

    Why not paint the cubes white first, then add the round stickers, then paint the cubes red.?

    Such a clever idea!!! I've never played this game, but I might make a set as a gift. I think I will use a neon yellow or orange color and add a couple of coats of moisture proof sealer. Thunder/lightning storms come up so fast in our area, using extra water proofing would allow for them to be left out in the weather if necessary for safety. The colors would make the blocks easier to find later. Again, such a clever idea!
