Go to amazon.com and type that into the search bar. There are several types of materials you can buy and attach to the fence or even slats you can weave thru the chain link.

Willow or reed fencing is inexpensive. It comes in rolls, and it's as much as 6 feet tall. You just fasten it to the chain link fence with zip ties or coated wire.

I have a neighbor with a chain link fence and their dog barked constantly at anything going by so she wanted something for the dog not to see out. She bought liners made for chain link fence that look similar to blinds, but she wove them into the chain link. You can get them at the home improvement store, but I do not know their official name. It works great for her! Maybe you could explain to the home improvement folks and they would know the name of it. Hers are tan and really fit into the environment nicely and her dog is quiet now. Her fence is 6 feet tall so she has privacy too.
