Is this the concrete lid on the septic tank?

I would buy concrete dye/stain, it comes in any color you want.

For example, if you bought grass green dye, hand painted vines with leaves, then take it back and have them add some brown dye (for free) and go back and add veins & shadows to the vines & leaves motif.

It won’t ever chip or peel. It permeates the concrete.

If you want to paint the vines/leaves in a wreath pattern, then you could put a flower pot in the middle.

I would set various planters with various sizes and heights of plants in them on the concrete. You could even paint the concrete to camoflauge it with solid green or something if you like. Make it look like it was all planned!

If the cover is smooth I would do a mosaic design on it. Sand it and use an adhesive for tile. You can find old dishes at thrift stores, and you can buy sample tiles from Home Depot and tile stores. There are lots of books on mosaics with great ideas along with patterns and the internet is full of information. Hope this helps,

Use concrete paint and stencil a design on it , or paint it green to match the lawn .
