How to install new outdoor shutters?

So to give our home a bit more curb appeal I ordered beautiful shutters with the raised panels in Tuxedo Grey since we had just had our home painted grey with a lighter grey as an accent color. The brick is red with grey and a marbled color throughout. Question is, how do I put them up? I am actually going to pick them up today and does anyone know how long it could take? Do I need a specific or special drill bit to drill into the brick? Once they are up, I will post pictures.

Are the shutters wood or vinyl? I would suggest using stainless steel screws to prevent them from rusting over time. You might need to get some cement anchors and will need a masonry drill bit that will go into cement and brick. mark all the areas where you plan on drilling

Are the shutters simply for show or are they functional (completely close to cover the window)?
If they are for display purposes only, you'll need a drill and a drill bit for brick as well.

If your shutters are funtional, a shutter hinge set comes with them that allows them to open/close.
You'll need a masonry bit and concrete screws and anchors.
