inside of lg old plant container w/ screws
added 4 coasters, 2 of them have locks
old gutter wires to hold the pvc pipe in place for cement to pour
cement inside to dry for 2 days not disturb in the garage
tape covered the top pvc pole to prevent the cement mixer from going inside the pvc pole
2 coasters locked on the stepping stones to stay there, not move.....
drilled 4 holes to drain from rain
holes just above the cement mix
pins to hold the umbrella from flying off
nice shade under that chair
my hubby gave a thumb up for nice shade from sun
see the black dot on white pvc pipe to show where to insert the umbrella pole where the top push botton
what is what pin look like

You could then add potting soil to top of bucket and plant annual plants like impatients that like the shade!!
