Enclosure for the Back Pond

This is not about beauty as it is a functional need. We have had cats come fishing and killed a few of our fish..we also have frogs and turtles to think about and then lastly ducks...to keep them safe....
The widest area is 20'(far fenced wall) and up near the grilling area/door it is 16' by 18'
total cost.
Started by securing 8 foot post...got them at Home Depot for under $4.00 each last year for another project that we scrubbed...
This will give us plenty of head clearance....
Framed out the door area.
We then started to place and secure the wire netting, got that at Amazon...great price too nearly 6 feet tall and 150 feet long for $40.00..the fence is 6' high.
Later the fence will be covered with ivy privacy screen.
This side will still need a 1 foot lattice fascia that will tie the door to the lattice side... it will be placed on top securing into the 2"x4".
We made a larger door leading into the pond area as well made with lattice at $16.00 a sheet (4'x8') and 1"x1" x8' at .96 each.
View from the grilling area, the lights will be removed...as will the old habitat for the ducks and a swing.
Ducks finally emerged from their previous home...we left the cage still up in case they wanted the secure feeling but this will be coming down too.
I will be training some vine plants on the lattice.
Relaxing after a long 2 days of work...
Ducks after a day of not knowing what to do finally decided to enjoy the pond.
