Make Your Own Butterfly Garden Markers

The easiest crafting project you will ever make! These cute little butterfly garden markers are great for helping to identify your garden herbs, flowers, and vegetables.

• Cut the straight part of a wire hanger for each butterfly marker. The length of a wire hanger is great for a garden marker.
• Using black outdoor paint, paint the cut wires black. 
• Once the paint dries, flip the butterflies over and add a line of glue across the butterfly bodies.
• Stick a wire into the glue, then add another layer of glue to seal the wire inside the glue.
• Wait 24 hours to allow the glue to dry completely.
• Once the glue is dry, write the name of your herb, flowers, and/or vegetables on the wings of the butterflies using a permanent marker.


• Place the butterfly garden markers in your garden or use them in potted plants so you can easily remember what plants you have growing in your garden!
