We built a square flower box round our stump. You may want to saw your stump off so that it closer to the lawn. Then we drilled some holes in the top of the stump and then covered all with dirt. I planted annual in the bed and no one could tell it was a stump. After about 5 years I dug around the dirt and the stump had rotted, so took away the flower bed. Neighbors told me they enjoyed seeing the colorful flowers in my bed.

Level off the top of the stump. Cut a round table top. Spar urethane everything, and slide some chairs under. Put a cute potted plant on top.
