When do I begin my herb and Star Jasmine?
I live in New York and I have a small herb garden on one side of my brownstone. On the other side I have three Star Jasmine. I’m not sure when to start preparing my garden. Would it be better to start with seeds? I have previously purchased potted starters. Please advise. Thank you.

I used to live in upstate NY and always started mine inside from seed. I only chose to do it this way because I love to watch the growing process. Just remember not to plant outside until there is no threat of frost!
Good luck and have fun!
don't plant outside til after Mothers Day
Thanks
