How can I put a barrier between my driveway and my neighbors driveway?

Barrier between my driveway and the neighbor driveway. I have bushes there but they aren't holding up since the neighbor moved in. There is about 2 ft in between the driveways that is where the bushes are. My neighbors aren't the neatest and have trash and junk thrown in there driveway.

Karen, your question needs more detail...barrier between concrete and grass, between driveways belonging to you and a neighbor, etc.

Before you decide to build any sort of barrier, you need to check your local laws regarding property setbacks.
Hello Karen, I hear you! Our neighbors driver was beside ours and they would use ours to move theirs cars around, always drove on mine and packed the snow before I could shovel grrrr. I put up a wire link fence right in the middle, that stopped it.
