    Hens and chicks, thyme, and sedums.

    Creeping jenny, vinca (vinca major has larger leaves than vinca minor and there’s also a variegated vinca), liriope. I use all of these along with sedums.

    ivy, dead nettle, all of these and Ann's are ever green. Depends on your zone.

    Bugleweed. It gets lovely purple spike flowers in Spring. It really spreads, so you have to have plenty of room or not mind that it goes all over!

    I was just outside and my ajuga is really pretty right now with its little flower stalks. It’s another great ground cover. Hey Regina and Brian, you’re probably in the same zone as I am....zone 6?
