Home Depot sells velcro type for training plants.
I use chicken wire attached to a wooden fence. you may need to use twist ties to start but they can be removed after the plant starts growing up the wire.
I losely tie branches to my lattice with String or yarn. Allows space for growth and doesn't cut into the branches.
We use tiny screw eyes (any hardware store) and a thin wire. On one project we used leftover speaker wire--worked like a charm. Just screw in the eyes (sounds wierd, you know what I mean) in the pattern you want--usually straight lines--then string your wire along the eyes. The lines should be about 4" apart.
