Ideas for Curb appeal and chain link fencing?
I'm looking to get rid of the chain link fence in the front yard - I should be able to use the existing posts, maybe paint them black? I also want to add a horizontal fence to them... One side of the yard does not have a cement footing - should and can I add that to the existing footing?

I saw an idea to take fenceboards and attach them sideways to the chainlinks, do both front and back sides for aesthetics if you wish. Maybe spray paint the chainlinks black before you do it?
For quickness you could use an expanding trellis that has artificial foliage attached, or Could use Rope that has been previously soaked in between your stakes. Chainlink can also be Glammed up over time by growing a climber through it or weave Cotoneaster through it and keeping it trimmed.
