Do you have a simple one, two, three step plan to flip my backyard?

Hi Pennyblueeyes, I think we need more information to do a simple one, two, three plan. Is it front or back yard? Do you have anything there now that you want to keep? About what size is it? Do you want flowers or bushes. Are you doing this alone or with help? Do you want something like a pergola or a gazebo? Do you have grass now? Do you need to do this "on the cheap"? Maybe someone else will see your question and have a great answer for you. I can provide some pictures of other back yard makeovers and see if any of them help.
