If you're not wanting to put landscape in front of it, how about painting a design on it? You'd need to power wash the fence first, let it throughly dry and use outdoor house/wood paint.

First, would you want to paint it a nice color then arrange hanging flower pots using brackets. It is very customization and highly searchable.
