One of the easiest is to take strips of fabric and tie them onto tree branches. An entire tree with these is just beautiful.
Another easy DIY is to cover an old bowling ball with flat glass balls such as you find at the dollar tree. Use silicone to attach them. These look great in the garden.
Have you considered a fairy garden? It's great fun to take things you already have available and create a little scene. Moss works really well and any tiny plants or flowers already growing in your yard. Then you need perhaps a small fairy to go with some small furniture which can be made with twigs and glue.
What I did was paint the top of my tomato tomato cages with glitter nail polish, now they sparkle in the sun. I bought the cheap nail polish at the Dollar Tree.
Another thing I did was take crystal (glass) light pulls and attached them to the lower tree branches. These came from a variety of sources, usually flea markets and second hand stores.
Hi Teressa - Here are two super cute and very sustainable garden crafts we did in our own garden. Good luck! Hugs, Holly
