How to fix a back yard that slopes to the back of my door?

This yard was never graded right be here 50 yrs and the slope is direct to my back fore. Any ideas . I’m a widow and don’t have much help

Have a landscaper come out and give you estimates for regrading, adding berms, or a French drain.
This is not a typical DIY, you will certainly need help. Regrading a yard isn't easy.
what are you trying to do? you don't want the slope any more?? water flow troubles??
