Has anyone ever heard of Gardencrete?

Supposedly this Garden Crete is applied over Styrofoam sculptures and become rock hard and very strong. if you have heard of this where can I find some, and have you made anything with garden crete yourself?

no, maybe what I am thinking about is paper crete.
papercrete, it is paper and concrete mixed together an pressed into bricks or spread thickly over forms.
Papercrete is a construction material which consists of re-pulped paper fiber with Portland cement or clay and/or other soil added. First patented in 1928, it was revived during the 1980s. Although perceived as an environmentally friendly material due to the significant recycled content, this is offset by the presence of cement.

Have not heard of this product but you can make a mixture that you apply using concrete and peat moss, equal parts make a nice finish without being extremely heavy.
