decorate tables with grass skirts, use fruit with candles for decoration (smells divine) you can also use the fruits and veggies for your dips or containers. Put at different levels

Serve fruit kabobs, grill fruit, serve drinks in coconut shells. Grow a pineapple plant before your party. Tikki lights. Do the Hula dance or the limbo. Play Polynesian music or the Ukulele. Wear grass skirts and Hawiian shirts.

grass skirts make great table edgings. Use inexpensive lauhala placemats on tables, under serving dishes, or even to line your walls. Make fake ti leaves with heavy green garbage bags; use them to line your food platters, as table runners, even as hula skirts. Serve cut up pineapple; place the tops over a glass vase (preferably pineapple shaped) filled with yellow gel beads as a centerpiece.
