How do I keep roots around creek rocks?

Chicks and hens will probably love it there! Sedum too. As far as when, that depends on where you live. I know if I planted any here they would be frozen by the end of November. What's your zone?
Sounds good I will check it out. Thank you!
Hey Angela, mine all died last year but by may they had come back. I use hens and chicks as a ground cover by the way
You may want to consider something else with deeper roots. Although they may grow there, the roots are super shallow. If you are looking for something that will help keep the bank from washing away, explore a ground cover with a deeper root system.
