How to hang wind chimes?

I want to hang wind chimes but don't have a tree branch available. I want the chimes to be high but because our property is on a hill, the deck is 8-10 ft above ground level. Any ideas of how to build a metal frame that I can set into the ground to hang my chimes. Because I want the chimes high, the frame would need to be about 18 ft high! Help please
Thank you

I love wind chimes too. I love hearing them when my door is open and when it is quiet at home. We put a plant holder up near our deck to put up 2 or 3 of my favorite wind chimes. They are inexpensive and can be found at any home improvement store or even Walmart in the garden department. They can be pushed down in the lawn/soil or attached to a pole such as we did on our deck. Hope this helps.

They make wrought iron brackets you can clamp on your deck railing that would be ideal. Look for them in your home improvement store or nursery where you would find bird supplies.

If the chimes are 18 feet above the ground, they won't be seen very well. One of the pleasures of chimes is all the different kinds that are meant to be seen. Why not just hang them on your roof overhang?

You could buy a telescoping pole for tv antennas so you can adjust the height to what suits you best. All the big box stores and amazon sell them.

Thanks I thought of that but tallest shepards hook I could find on line was 12 ft. Chimes would hang below eye level due to height of deck. Need something about 18-20 ft high.
