How would you attach decking (12 or 10x2) to a trampilone frame?

We have a trampoline frame and want to use part of it to make a deck next to the above ground pool. What would be the best way to secure it to the ground ?

    Try using large tent spikes.

A trampoline frame is not intended to hold the weight of a deck, additionally a deck being close to a trampoline is a hazzard where a child could hit their head, or their arm or leg could slip between the frame of the trampoline and deck and end up with broken bones.

Just build a regular deck and use the trampoline frame for supporting a canvas to create a tent for the kids. They can paint it 'Indian Style" with those inexpensive acrylic paints at Home Depot or Lowes. If the children want a higher tent just sink some 4x4s into the ground, drill out the center of the 4x4 to hold the trampoline legs. You can make it any height you want. Even high enough for a picnic awning near the pool.
