Is it an outside table or inside?
You can do a lot with a simple water pump from the home improvement store. Get a very small one though otherwise it will give everyone a shower even when the sun is shining.
I converted 2 glazed clay flower pots into a fountain and worked out great for many years. Try one that fits the table nicely. You can fill the larger one with water, pump at the bottom, then fill it with pea gravel or other decorative stones, place a smaller pot on top that has a hole at the bottom, fill it with decorative stones and put the hose so it's level with the stones of the top pot. It should trickle down from the top pot to the bottom. The success of the whole project will be the power of the pump to the pot size. I'm sorry I don't have photos.
