You can buy a small box, like a 1 or 2 lb. box at home Depot or lowes maybe even Amazon. Did you check your local hardware stores ? Hope this helps.
I would buy sanded grout at your local hardware store. It comes in many colors and you can get smaller amounts of it. : )
Try going to a store that sells bird baths along with statues, and lawn ornaments, try to find one there and find out what it's made of with the mosiac. Also call Homedepot or Lowe's, and ask for the seasonal dept. Ask them if you could use some sort of cement, or maybe they have the grout. There are books up front near the registers, that you can look at to get some information about. The books are titled according to subject, look for a DYI on outdoor projects. Good Luck!

look on utube, you will most likely find a video on not only what to use but how to do it>
Hi Ruth Hetherington, Simplefix brand from Ace Hardware, pre-mixed indoor- outdoor grout in a 1 quart tub size .) Supposed to be great for outdoor use and it's a small size, i think it cost $12.97 or something like that. Hope this helps you finish your project .)
Hi Ruth, try Simpleset Premixed indoor/outdoor grout or they also have tile and stone thinset, they are both for contact with water, come in a 1 quart sz. I think the thinset is $9.99 and the grout is $12.94 or something like that, both available available Ace Hardware. Hope this helps with your projects .)
Go to an Ace hardware store and see if they have a product for your mosaic, you will more likely get a better answer than a big box store.

Hi Ruth! You can try the Homax® Tile Guard® Silicone Tile Grout Sealer. It is composed of silicon and seals your tile's grout for better water resistance. Whether you're considering your garden's tiled birdbath or your shower, both need their grout protected from extreme moisture.
