Consider regrading your lot. Add more soil. You may have to install a drain system.

Or dig a drainage pond, using that fill to help other low spots

French drains are awesome. Fixed two different standing water problems for us.

You could put in french drains to get it to drain when you have had some moisture. if you need instructs on installing, feel free to ask. We have done several of them
