Need help in finishing off landscaping around deck.

Have lots of river rock left. Any images/ideas on how to finish off landscaping around bottom of deck and around cement?

I would definitely put in some ground cover of some kind. mostly around your deck, have you thought about painting the concrete slabs? It looks like you use if for egress out onto your yard, keeping it open would be a good thing to do! but you could put a small bench or chair in the corner and put a pot of flowers on it! or a small hanging garden in that corner.

I would make the large open area under the deck less obvious. Lattice always works. Or you could do some plantings.
I would enclose the lower area with lattice or other wood so the area doesn't become a "catch-all" for things or critters.
It would look nice with some lattice panels placed around the bottom of the deck. Then try a shrub along that. Then a nice flower or low shrub along each side of the concrete.
Are you going to add skirting to the bottom of the deck?
