If you love cats make this a cat hangout. Clean, paint, install some sheet vinyl and cat furniture, litter boxes, etc.
If sturdy frame use as a greenhouse
A kids playhouse, a she-shed.
Use for your rescue kitties! It could be an ongoing diy project. Make cat trees, shelves, cubbies, install cat door to outdoor area. Secure openings with chicken wire if you really don't want them wandering around in the great outdoors. Bless you for your kindness.
If your cats are outside cats, you could make it into a cattery for your cats. Put in shelves and ramps leading to different levels, cover with carpet and put in scratching posts and different types of wood boxes with access for the cats and a bunch of things for play and rest. They would probably love it.
I agree with a shelter for the cat’s! I would seal it up well, keep the door, but add a kitty door so you can access it for food and what not, but it will provide a shelter from harsh weather. Perhaps add a window, with a kitty ledge, that way it can be opened to add air in warmer weather. I‘m an animal lover myself, have adopted two dogs, and took in a stray kitten, I wish I had the means to rescue myself. Bless your heart for loving these babies!
Bless you for what you do for cats
