What to do with a beautiful tree trunk?

It has many out growing limbs, holes, twisted shaped limbs that seem to be strong.

How about a fairy garden at the bottom.
Drill the middle out and make a planting with assorted annuals.
If it is dried out enough, use it inside. Anchor it in a corner of the room, build shelves around it and make it a corner book shelf:) I am planning on doing this with a tree trunk in my living room.
