You’ll have to purchase a Sun loving perennials. Remember with perennials the first year they sleep the second year the creep the third year they leap. Be patient you’ll love them.
Any bulbs they come back year after year. Tulips are nice. Crocus come up very early spring. Phlox are nice too. Pansies are easy, & come in a wonderful array of colors!
Roses bushes are nice in full sun. Prune the spent blooms off as they fade and it will bloom more. Geraniums are the same and very bright, but don't come back every year. They dont where I'm from anyway. It gets well below freezing in winter.

Poppies, spaceport, glass, dahlias..
dalias will give you a great show of colour for most of the summer, add some guar-a, miniature roses, hibiscus, campanula. you could also look at adding some low growing sedum, they come in various leaf colours and textures that would add year round interest. I’d stick with plants that will be 24” or shorter to contrast with your bushes. In the fall plant tulip, crocus, daffodil, freesia, iris bulbs in clumps for spring colour.
Bulbs, dianthus, mums, pansies, dahlias, check with your local Cooperative Extension
Day Lillies, there are varieties now that will bloom all summer.
Thanks bunches👍🏻👍🏻
