These statues belong to a friend of ours.they went out of town and I went to their home and painted the ladies.
As you can see the sun faded these out really bad. So my Friend asked me to bring them back to life while they were away. I scrubbed them down and studied them as I was cleaning them, getting ready to paint them.
This ladymy friend had spray painted her bronze. The bowl it’s self was starting to fall apart. I knew I would have to really seal this good.
Here is the first gal.and the pedastal she will sit on.
I had to sign her book. She really came out pretty.
The pedastal wanted to have a old feel to it. So I brushed it lightly with a antique white.
Here is the fountain. I had her in a pink gown but decided that didn’t look right the white was perfect.
Added color to the bowl before adding the seal.
My friend loves the ladies and always tells people I painted them for her. They now sit on top of the pools waterfall.
