Turning an everyday watering can into an eye catching addition to the garden is not that hard to do!
I started with a metal watering can from the local hardware store. It's important the spout end comes off so you can do the beading.

I painted the can a cream cream color so the decoupage would pop more. I used acrylic paint from the dollar store which was fine because I clear coated the can several times.
Next I took paper napkins and decoupaged them using mod podge. I used a few different napkins to get the effect I wanted. Each side of the can looks different. Any spots that were not decoupaged, I sponged on some paints in states that blended everything together.
The bottom looked a little plain and it needed a little something since it was going to get hung on an angle. I painted the bottom with the same cream paint as the rest of the can. Then I freehanded the vertical lettering that says TRANQUIL.
Then I painted on some flowers and greenery. I clear coated the entires can with 4 coats of non yellowing outdoor varnish to protect it.
For the "bead water" that's pouring out of the spout, I threaded some glass beads and crystals on clear fishing line. Then I threaded through the holes of the spout and tied them to a bead to hold them in place. after that I screwed the spout back on and voila! A watering can pouring crystals!
I tied the can on the branch by looping fishing line several times through the handle.
