What is a security garden?
Im not sure I understand this question can you repost?
Did you mean serenity garden? I have. plans for a small one in my yard. They are also called zen gardens. I have an angel statue, a concrete bench, a stone lantern, a gazing ball and many plans! Right now I'm cleaning the space up from our long winter, but, there will be plants and more.
For security you can plant things with thorns in front of first floor windows. And gravel paths are noisy, makes it hard to sneak around a house.
This page gives a lot of ideas, from
Starting with dense thorny hedges in the garden boundary to using gravel for paths and driveways – it’s impossible to sneak about quietly on a gravel path.

definately cact, there are so many different ones. Also rose bushes are good for security
Security plants could be Holly bushes, rosebushes, cacti, and I shudder to suggest thistle.
If you are after a Serenity garden, peaceful passive items like a bench, comfy chairs, a small table for a beverage, seclusion with tall enough trees or bushes. Maybe a small statue or a gazing ball/bird bath.
