I use the weed eater and then spray with weed killer
Try to spray the weed killer early enough not to have the weeds start. Dead weed are also unattractive!

white vinegar and water 50/50 a dab of salt and a dab of dish soap in a spray bottle
Try spraying them with straight white vinegar. This is my "go to" spot weed killer!
I use hot water and vinegar
I use one cup of salt, one cup of vinegar to 2 gallon of water in a garden sprayer. To prevent any future weeds seep polymeric sand in between the paver joints. Mist it with a garden hose. Add more if needed.
Weed wacker followed by white vinegar.
Use baking soda to scatter in the cracks.
