All bees, but especially bumbles, are endangered so if they are on a quiet side of your house please just leave them to do their very important job of pollination. If they are by a door or window that is in constant use find a beekeeper to collect the colony safely. Bees do not sting unless threatened as, unlike wasps, they die if they do.
Be kind to nature, we are all interdependent.
Are you certain they are Bumble Bees? Carpenter Bees bore holes in wood to lay their eggs. They sound like bumble bees and resemble them. If you have any exposed wood look for round holes or sawdust on the ground. They even bore into the pressure treated lumber in my barn.
If the bees are boring holes into your siding, they are Carpenter Bees, not Bumble Bees. Bees are so endangered that I would never suggest anything that could cause them harm. Try planting a "bee garden" away from where the bees are congregating around your house/siding.. plant flowering plants, and hostas that bees love, and if that doesn't lure them away, contact a local beekeeper. Most beekeepers are happy to come collect bees.
Contact your local university if you can't find a beekeeper to come out soon enough .
Time to get out the caulk and fill all openings.
