Can someone identify what this is on my boston pickling cucumber plant

Question

I believe my boston pickling cucumber plant is sick with a fungus or something. I have read online some natural home made fungicide and have applied it to the plant. It seems to make the those wiggly lines lighten up, but I am unsure if I am actually addressing the issue. 
I could use some advice. 
I appreciate any enlightenment and encouragement for this situation.

Oh being this was my first growing season here in FL from CO I had these lines on my Petunia's and found information here it is actually the larve from a moth http://edis.ifas.ufl.edu/

Looks more like insect damage than fungus. Fungus would be quite different in appearance.

Thanks ladies. I want to try natural approaches so now that I know it is bugs I can use a different approach.

I agree with Douglas. Leafminer was my thought. It is not a fungus. You can try insecticidal soap and I have had success with organic NEEM oil also. Good luck!
