yes it does, but must be the original, Green. I make little pouches out of cheese cloth & hang about a 5th of a bar in it. attach to small stakes & pound them in around the flower beds. If you get a bunch of rain replace or remove the softened soap so you can smell it again,. I LOVE it!!! The rabbits were awful here!
