The only way i can think of without any chemicals is to manually remove them, either by pulling them up or using something like hoe, rake or shovel to take out the roots.
If you mean a non-toxic way, spray vinegar on the weeds, be careful to not get it on anything you are trying to grow, it will burn it.
I use one cup of vinegar, one cup of salt, and two gollons of water in a garden sprayer. Saturate the weeds till dripping. The object is to get down the the roots. Some weeds have real long roots. Do not use on lawn or garden.

Plain old white vinegar. Some make a concoction with salt too. Depending on the driveway surface, too much salt can be corrosive.

hot water. Use it every year on the cracks in my drive way. Pour boiling water over the weeds in the cracks. Works fantastic.
