Boiling water. Epsom salt followed by boiling water. Spray with white vinegar.

Try undiluted distilled white vinegar.
Begin by wetting down the driveway. Then sprinkle salt liberally on the weeds and then water again. The first watering will keep dust down and make it easier for the salt to stick to. The second watering will help the roots receive the salt quicker. Be careful with the salt. It will kill anything it touches.
If you truly don't want anything to grow, get a soil sterilent. Just be careful because it has a 2 foot spread so don't get close to the edges
