Ants,bee hive,or another type of insect nest
Yes it is a mass of insect eggs...if you want to remove this I would recommend you spray it with a bug killer spray...wait a few days then scrape this down with a flat scraping tool of your choice...
They are eggs. Spray with household cleaner and wipe away with a damp cloth
I would spray it with wasp killer before scrapping it away.
Spritz them with rubbing alcohol or hydrogen peroxide, then remove.
Those look like the egg clutch of a praying mantis. I don't see any reason to kill them, praying mantis are good

They are not Mantis eggs. Mantis eggs are in a cocoon like structure. I have to agree with Christine on them being tick eggs. Scrape them off and burn.
