Hi. They've got a network from the ground through the insulation into the top insulation of the trailer. They need to come out to forage for food. During the day, make sure you fill all the holes with steel wool and caulk well. Clear out any brush or debris where they can hide close to the house. Put down boric acid (sold at big box stores all around the outside and if need be under the skirt of the house. Reapply after each rain. Use traps near the openings you have found. Where there's one there could be a lot more, so even if you trap one, keep up the vigil on a continual basis. Good luck!

If there's a critter in there, it got in somewhere. Find the spot where it's coming & going & plug them with a catch & release trap. Mice love bologna & when caught, carry off at least a mile away & you won't have the problem anymore (at least not this one anymore). There will always be critters around but if you take steps in prevention, they will be minimized. Look around, plug ANY holes you might see, either in the attic, under the girth, in the floorboards, under cabinets, in the chimney, in the roof or overhang outside, everywhere. You could use that expanding foam, caulking or metal plates screwed into place to cover the holes. Good Luck

Make sure you don't keep any pet dishes outside, mice and other kritters like the easy meals left out for pets. If you have trash cans, make sure the lid closes firmly.
