You will have to pull it out that is the only option
Dig it out or smother it, then dig out.
Take a paper towel and soak it with brush kill. Nick the vine with a knife. Wrap the paper towel around the open wound and cover the towel with plastic wrap. Tape tightly. The vine will slowly die and will not return. Those things are mean! The thorns are really nasty. Good luck.
