How can i get rid of ground bees with a all natural sray?

I live in buffalo, N.Y. so we have short growing season. In my vegtable garden and my flower beds there are so many ground bees? It is unbearable to sit outside let alone pull weeds in the garden. I have tried seven, wasp/bee traps, suficating them with a tarp. I would prefer an all natural spray because we have dogs, who have also gotten stung.

Just spay insect killer on the nest and in a day they will be gone
Find their in-ground nest; put in some gasoline and set it on fire (very carefully). Works every time.

We have ground bees and wasps that move into gopher holes and they have multiple exits . We waited until dark and with a flashlight shoved as much cotton or old fabric as possible you must work fast we use BBQ lighter fluid and light it You may need to do it more than once to be sure you have trapped the bees inside. When there are no flying bees take a shovel and dig the nest up and keep the fire going to kill off the young
1cup of good quality dish soap and a gallon of water gently mixed together, pour down holes until filled. Daylight they'll be really flying out fast!
