How can I get rid of silverfish in my bathroom. They keep showing up.

That's because they love Damp places. More Ventilation
They come up through the drain. I spray all our drains with Simple Green. It is non-toxic and deodorizes as well as kills fruit flies and other pests. Spray your drains daily until the silverfish quit coming in, then weekly to maintain.
Definitely more ventilation, and make sure there isn't a small leak, if you do have adequate ventilation
You can also try using damp rid. It absorbs moisture. Make sure you don't have any leaky or dripping faucets.
Have you taken the Bath Panel off to see if you have a nest? If the conditions remain the same , then I fear you will not get rid of them - Do you have a small leak somewhere?
