    Keep Rabbits Away

No matter how you choose to prevent, discourage, or get rid of rabbits, you will need to be constantly vigilant because, it seems there are always more rabbits coming round. To keep rabbits away:

    • Regularly inspect the fencing to ensure rabbits are not getting through, under or around them.
    • Inspect plants for recent damage.
    • Keep an eye out for rabbits signs - fecal pellets, gnawing, etc.

Act as soon as you see the first sign of rabbits. Read more here: https://www.thespruce.com/keeping-rabbits-away-from-the-garden-2656311

I prefer natural ways si i do this- i but packets of seeds for loose lettuce and plant at one end of garden, after they eat, it actually starts growing back so can feed them all summer or plant poppys around garden that they love and eat instead of veggies or other flowers. The poppys dont grow back as quickly as lettuce though.

I have several rabbits in my yard, they are cute but drive me crazy because they eat everything. I do two things. One is sprinkling blood meal all around my gardens they do not like the smell and secondly I grate Irish spring soap and hang it in mesh pouches around my garden. They will stay away from the plants you don't want them to eat. Good luck!

I cut up bars of Irish Spring soap and put the chunks of soap all around the plants. It is also good for keeping deer from eating hosta and other plants.
