You need to spray all around the perimeter of your home with a bug control. They are temporary but annoying.Try using as well a nasty spray of pepper or maybe even an oil of a nasty scent.

We get loads of them this time of year. I use blue Dawn dish soap in water, probably about 20 to 25% Dawn, in a spray bottle and spray them. It takes about two minutes or so, but it does the job. It's non toxic and it works. You might need to respray it daily because more will replace what you've already taken out.

I agree soapy water always works for us. Same thing goes for those pesky Asian ladybugs.

@Lisa, I use it on the lady bugs/beetles too. Dawn is a miracle product.

Basic formula to kill Stink Bugs: 32 oz. of hot water. 3/4 cup of Dawn. Put in a sprayer and spray directly on them especially on their belly if you can. Also, spray around areas they gather. Stink Bugs like weeds and gardens too so if your or your neighbors have not cleaned up your garden from the summer, do it now. (I found them in the backyard on my tomato plants that I had not cut down at the time.) Also, Stink Bugs do not like the smell of mint and garlic. One last thing, they can get in your house through your air conditioner units and hide so spray around that as well or use mint oil or garlic in the outside area.
