dig it out or smother it with newspaper cardboard heavy landscape fabric and top with mulch, you cannot use chemicals

water the plants to soften the soil and use tongs or tweezers to get close to the roots and pull out the grasses. If the grass has gone to seed already cut off the tops carefully and dispose of them before pulling out the grasses. Seed blows on the wind easily so you might have to keep at it a little while until your plants fill in the spots left by your culling :) good luck! I had grass get into my herbs this year at first until the herbs grew tight enough to keep it out.

Only way I know is to pull out the grass right after rain or a good watering. I have been known to dig up the plant and pull it apart, removing the grass and replant

Right after a good rain, pull them up. Weeding has to be done by hand. Wear gloves. In early February, put out pre-emergence!!!
