if your driveway is concrete or asphalt with divots/cracks, etc. you can get a box of 20 Mule Team Borax in the laundry product section and sprinkle the dry powder into the cracks where the weeds are growing -- use a broom to sweep it into the cracks -- should last 2-3 months -- keep doing it as needed and eventually they will die -- but will return from other weeds in the area reseeding .... or get a concrete caulk , dig the dirt, etc. out of the cracks and use the caulk to fill in the cracks ..
Try using a strong vinegar and salt solution to kill the weeds. You don’t say whether your drive is asphalt, cement or simply stone. If it is made of asphalt or cement, you should try to repair any of the cracks that are allowing the weeds in order to prevent new ones from growing

Plenty of vinegar will do it for sure
white vinegar and water 50/50 a dab of dish soap and a dab of salt
