white vinegar and water 50/50
I find the best way to remove mold is with a fairly strong bleach solution to kill the spores. The mold will return however if you do not address the reason for the mold...too much moisture or inadequate ventilation
You will have to address the issue of why the mold is appearing in the first place or it will return. Since it is in a bathroom, the problem is usually that an exhaust fan is needed. There is too much moisture built up during a shower and not enough ventilation to remove the moisture. A solution of bleach/water sprayed on the mold should remove it.
Kill it first with vinegar
and then make sure to scrape away the affected paint and I'd suggest paining over with mold-resistent paint. Best of luck!!
