You can place garlic cloves or egg shells around to scare them off. Or invest in a cat. Salamanders are great at pest control, so get rid of the bugs and you'll get rid of the lizards
Here you go, just do not kill them please. Everything has a right to live, just not in our houses. I love them in the garden and they are so cute!

Do NOT kill them. Salamanders are not harmful! They eat lots of stuff that you don't want. AND they are endangered amphibians! Show us a picture of what you are calling a 'salamander'; get a proper ID. A gecko is NOT a salamander...and they are very effective insect controls. Got mice? get a cat... Got flying insects? a gecko...
