Skinks keep crawling into my garage. How do I get rid of them without using poisons or traps?

Hi Mary, sorry, I was mistaken and thought there may have been a typo of skinks rather than skunks, you can try this

They are so cute, why would you want to be rid of them? As Lynn stated, they feast on all sorts of other undesirable pests in your garden. If they are getting into your garage, walk around and perform an inspection to see where they might be coming in and then plug up those holes. Then they will be out in the yard where they should be. Just this evening I fed a few of the lizards that have taken up residence in my back yard. I gave them blueberries and raspberries as a treat.
